Scope

This policy applies to ClanFind services available through www.ClanFind.fun, the ClanFind progressive web app, and the ClanFind mobile app. It does not apply to third-party websites, wallets, blockchains, or services that ClanFind does not control.

Information we collect

Account information, such as your email address, display name, password credentials, two-factor authentication settings, and connected sign-in providers.
Wallet information, such as public wallet addresses, signed ownership challenges, token holding data, and related public blockchain data used to provide holder-gated features.
Content and activity, such as clans you create or join, threads, posts, votes, reports, feature requests, moderation actions, and direct messages.
Technical information, such as IP address, device and browser details, app version, cookies, session identifiers, security events, and diagnostics needed to operate the service.

How we use information

Provide, personalize, and maintain ClanFind, including accounts, clans, forums, direct messages, wallet linking, and token-gated access.
Protect accounts and clans through authentication, abuse prevention, spam controls, moderation, audit logs, and security monitoring.
Communicate with you about account activity, verification, password resets, support, feature requests, and service updates.
Improve app performance, reliability, safety, and user experience.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights, policies, and platform rules.

How information is shared

Public profile details and public forum content may be visible to other users and visitors.
Public blockchain information remains visible on public networks and may be processed by blockchain infrastructure providers.
Service providers may process information for hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, analytics, security, and customer support.
Information may be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can update account details, connected wallets, and certain preferences in your account settings.
You can disconnect supported sign-in providers and wallets where those controls are available.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking cookies may affect sign-in and security features.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide ClanFind, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.
Some content may remain in backups, audit logs, or moderation records for a limited period after deletion.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

ClanFind is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International use

ClanFind may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
