Delete Your ClanFind Account
You can request deletion of your ClanFind account and associated data by contacting ClanFind from the email address on your account.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@ClanFind.fun with the subject line Account deletion request. Include the email address or username for the account you want deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
You can also use the same email address to request deletion of only some personal data without deleting your entire account.
Data we delete
- Account details, including email address, display name, password credentials, and sign-in settings.
- Linked wallet records stored by ClanFind.
- Direct messages associated with your account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
- Non-public account activity and preferences associated with your account.
Data we may retain
- Public posts, threads, reports, moderation records, audit logs, and security records may be retained when needed to protect clans, investigate abuse, preserve conversation integrity, comply with legal obligations, or enforce platform rules.
- Some deleted data may remain in encrypted backups or operational logs for up to 90 days before being removed through normal retention cycles.
- Public blockchain data is not controlled by ClanFind and cannot be deleted from public networks.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
