Safety Standards
Child Safety Standards
ClanFind prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across the ClanFind website, mobile apps, clans, forums, threads, posts, replies, profiles, and messages.
Scope
These standards apply to ClanFind services available through www.ClanFind.fun, the ClanFind progressive web app, and the ClanFind mobile app. They are part of our platform safety rules and apply to all users and all user-generated content.
Zero tolerance policy
ClanFind has zero tolerance for CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or any activity that endangers children. Users may not create, upload, distribute, request, promote, normalize, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits or abuses children.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual imagery from a minor.
- Sexualized content involving minors, content that normalizes or encourages sexual abuse of children, or instructions for finding, creating, sharing, or evading detection of CSAM.
- Links, usernames, coded language, clans, threads, posts, messages, or other behavior that promotes, distributes, requests, or facilitates CSAE or CSAM.
- Attempts to evade moderation, re-upload removed material, coordinate abuse, or retaliate against people who report safety concerns.
Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report child safety concerns from within ClanFind wherever reporting tools are available. Anyone can also contact our safety team at privacy@ClanFind.fun. Include links, usernames, screenshots, or other details that help us locate the content or account. Do not send or forward CSAM.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Review and enforcement
- Remove violating content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.
- Review reports and safety signals using human moderation and technical controls appropriate to the risk.
- Preserve relevant account, content, and technical information where needed for safety review, enforcement, legal compliance, or cooperation with authorities.
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law.
- Respond to child safety notices from app stores, law enforcement, and trusted safety organizations through a designated safety contact.
Child safety point of contact
Google Play, app store reviewers, law enforcement, and trusted safety organizations can contact ClanFind about CSAE or CSAM concerns at privacy@ClanFind.fun. This contact is monitored for safety, privacy, and legal requests.
Children and accounts
ClanFind is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to remove that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Updates
We may update these Child Safety Standards as our service, safety processes, legal obligations, or app store requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
