I get boosts through the celings in italy all day long..........We're not exactly playing cal in a pub server.....but if this is wrong then somone please set me straight.

Exploits are certainly not allowed in Cal. I've seen it go both ways here in the pub. Before I was Punx I heard an admin that I won't mention say that if he ever caught someone using one of those exploits then it would be a permaban. Then later after becoming punx I heard Defender say that he felt exploits in italy gave the ct's a little bit of help in what ends up being a one-sided T map. I think I agree with him. Next time you see a CT get boosted through the ceiling, just assume they used a pick axe to get through it.
yea, i have seen it called both ways too. i didnt think about the fact that it could give the ct's a lil advantage, which is a good way to look at it. but like i said, i have seen admin say at mapstart "no exploits" and then noone does it and i have seen them used. i dont mind either way just if its bad let me know at start so i dont get banned in the 10th round for being ignant.

hell yea I boost in italy as well. its a rare occasion for the ct's to pwn on italy and they usually need all the help that they can get.
Heck I have even boosted in as_oilrig...
I usually boost into a swarm of 30-40 T's at apartment corner...so I actually penalize myself. NO ban needed...gg
I boost all the time, you can only boost on T sided maps so it helps CTs out. If somehow CTs are owning I'll tell them to stop but as you could image, I've never said it.
