As having kids (one being an 11yo) I know the aspect of language in today's culture.
As a member of a Fire House I hear quite the language also.
As living here in the DC area, a racially diverse area, I have HEARD quite the language.
Here are PuNx we pride our selves in the aspect of no racism of any type. Some of the members here are diverse in their personal lives. Not only by race but by religion and nationality.
The type of language that you used may be "ok" in your circle of friends, but is not welcome/accepted/warranted here. Can you imagine if we called everyone Noob that came on the server. This word in it's self in our circles causes hate and discontent. CAL-I players almost flip out.
The server owner has final say on this issue.
As a recommendation, for general life, this word that you used should not really be used anymore. More people get in trouble and their ass kicked in South East DC because they used that word. Imagine answer the phone and saying "Hello ______" then you hear click and have the TV News at your business later in the day. I know you know better but the actual use in a joking manner just continues the cycle.
Most people don’t hear the words "barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen" as much anymore as they used to back in the 1800's. This referred to women as lower class citizens that should only be pregnant and barefoot and cooking food. Well I for one can tell you of a few women that can kick all of our asses, in a fight.
Ignorance is not bliss in this situation, it is disrespectable.
