Billy...Puppet helped me out alot with my ping and frame rate issues. There are alos lots of guys on here that have a certain expertise in tweaking systems and settings.

Just post what your rate, cl_cmdrate, ect are...and maybe someone can help you out.

But I will admit, that I think Omi was right to kick/ban you. It's very disheartning the way you warp around the screen.

I dont blame Omni i was planning unistalling it anyways for a little i mean its summer ...... i got stuff to do ill play some once i reinstall i just havent been feeling so great. I know peop;e get mad when i lag so ill try and fix it but last night i was just really pissed off. Im going to maine next week for like 2 or 3 weeks because a bunch of friends and i are renting an island on moosehead lake.

... OR you could just ask for help. Maybe one of these braniacs might be able to help out. I sometimes get random lag spikes..just download something like net limiter..maybe some program is hogging bandwith You can always reset your modem/router or change isps.

A CZ sabatical can be a good thing. I stopped playing this time about a year ago and didn't play for about nine consecutive months. I enjoy playing more now than i did before.
