I'm not an admin, but I do know that for anyone to be able to help you, you should:
1. post your Steam ID
2. post what time you were on and what was going on when you got banned
If this is Aurora Borealis, and I think it is, then you are a regular on the server and I'm sure you will be unbanned. But it was prob. an automatic ban from TKs or something.

You can start CZ then go the console. In console type "status" without the quatations.
You can also go to http://www.punxclan.com/stats
Once at this location, find your name and click on it.
On your personal page, on the left is a list of the names you use on the server, below that is your steam id. (you might have to scroll down a bit)
I just did it for you and get this: STEAM_0:1:3467751 However, you might want to double check it.
